Background Issue: This Council didn’t have the in house skills required to deliver Oracle and SQL Server related project on time and to budget.

Quantix Solution: Providing a Remote Managed Service contract covering key Oracle and SQL Server applications to deliver ongoing support, optimisation and enhancements.

Outcome: Our full and detailed service has allowed the council to deliver critical projects without effecting ongoing workload and delivering a cost saving of £80k per annum.

Council B

Background Issue: With no pro-active management systems supported by the current 3rd party supplier, this Council has been constantly dealing with database reliability issues.

Quantix Solution: Putting into place an alternative Remote Managed Service contract with pro-active database support and monitoring to continual deliver database reliability and increase performance.

Outcome: Quantix pro-active managed service and provided cost savings of up to £100 Per annum.
