Gareth Denley, non-exec Chairman, specialises in working with Private Equity owned Information technology and Outsourcing businesses. Formerly CEO of the Rebus HR Group Ltd, a Director of IBM UK Ltd, and a Director of Spring Group plc.

Paul Morris (41) non exec Director, represents ISIS Equity Partners. Paul led the investment on behalf of ISIS in Quantix at the time of the MBO. He has been with ISIS since September 2003, beforehand he was with Barclays Bank for 18 years.

“Dick Salmon (45) is the Managing Director and co founder of Quantix. Since Quantix’ inception in 2002 he has been responsible for driving the growth of the business, setting the long term strategic goals, creating the companies ‘can do’ culture and in 2007, leading an MBO backed by ISIS Private Equity Partners and Lloyds TSB Corporate Finance. Before founding Quantix he was an Executive Board member of Sphinx CST, one of the UK’s largest IT Distributors, for six years, having previously been in Sales and General Management since 1983. Dick has more 22 years experience in the IT industry.”

“Simon Goodenough (36) is the Sales Director and co-founder of Quantix. Since the creation of Quantix in 2002 he has been instrumental in driving the top line growth of the business, developing the “go-to-market” strategy and managing all commercial aspects of the organisation. In 2007 he was part of the MBO team that was backed by ISIS Private Equity Partners and Lloyds TSB Corporate Finance. Before founding Quantix he spent 9 years at Sphinx CST where, latterly as Professional Services Manager, he created a substantial Managed Services & Consulting business. Simon has over 15 years experience in the IT Services industry.”

Rob Gordon, (39) Technical Services Director, joined Quantix following the MBO in 2007 in order to further strengthen our service delivery capabilities. Rob has delivered Outsourced IT Services - with Ancis as a Director and Digica as Head of Managed Services. At Digica, Rob was one of the original founding team, ultimately becoming responsible for the delivery of all 24 x 7 Managed Services, Consulting and Hosting. His 14 years in the IT services industry will bring huge benefits to our clients across all sectors.”

David Amos joined Quantix as Chief Financial Officer in March 2007 on completion of the Management Buy Out of the business. A chartered accountant, David has worked in a number of rapidly growing private equity backed businesses over the past 10 years, prior to which his experience was focussed in blue chip organisations within the IT and support service sectors.

Julian Boneham (34) is the Database and Applications Practice Manager and has been with Quantix since it was founded in 2002. Julian was previously the Database Services Sales Manager at Sphinx CST, Oracle’s primary distributor at the time. At Quantix, Julian has been instrumental in the the rapid and successful growth of the Managed Services and Consulting business along with developing the vendor relationships and growing licence sales. Julian manages a 13 strong sales team within the Quantix Database and Applications Practice and has 11 years experience in the IT Services industry.
