A full database Health-Check
A detailed report giving recommendations for any identified performance optimisation
Performance monitoring and alerting
Proactive optimisation of Oracle / SQL server databases on a Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 hrs basis

These services will be delivered on a remote basis. We are able to satisfy onsite requirements but these must be qualified and agreed with the customer separately and on a case-by-case basis.
