Quantix offer 3 levels of service: Standard, Enhanced and Premium. Our Service Levels can be tailored to your environment to ensure the correct level of support is being provided. Service levels can be 24x7 if necessary and will often include onsite consulting services for such items as upgrades, migrations, clustering, capacity planning & IS strategy.
