Quantix announce further ISO Success & move closer to a
hat trick
Quantix is delighted to announce that they have now achieved the
ISO 20000 accreditation relating to IT service management
standards, after successfully completing the stringent assessment
earlier this month.
This follows their existing ISO 9001:2008 accreditation which
demonstrates high level process quality control. In addition,
Quantix is now working towards gaining the ISO 27000 accreditation
covering Information Security management standard which is due to
be achieved in September 2011.
The ISO accreditation is a globally recognised quality standard,
which is awarded to companies that meet high-level standards for
the way in which they implement internal business processes.
Companies are required to demonstrate quality control for every
aspect business process throughout the organisation; ensuring
customer service excellence is delivered.
ISO 20000 promotes the adoption of an integrated process
approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet business
and customer requirements. For an organisation to function
effectively it has to identify and manage numerous linked
activities. Co-ordinated integration and implementation of the
service management processes provides the ongoing control, greater
efficiency and opportunities for continual improvement.
Richard Salmon, Managing Director at Quantix stated, "We are
extremely pleased that our hard work and continued commitment to
providing the very best service to our clients has now been
recognised in this capacity. We're very proud of the quality of our
processes and the level of service our customers receive and are
confident that the ISO accreditation will result in an enhanced
experience for our clients and potential clients. We are now
forging ahead with the ISO 27001 Security standard and look set to
achieve this in September 2011 which will be a fantastic ISO hat
trick for Quantix".
