Step1 - Application Cloud Readiness: A review
of the application and it's suitability to a hosted deployment.
Consideration will be given not only to the technology, but also
the required compliance, geographical and functional requirements
of the customer base.
Step 2 - SaaS Architecture Design: Following
the readiness review, Quantix consultants will then provide a best
practice design with the customer for a SaaS deployment.
Step 3 - Proof of Concept: The next step is
then provide a live proof of concept which will allow rigorous user
acceptance testing. Once the final SaaS model is signed off the
deployment will be archived and can be commissioned
on-demand.
Step 4 - Sales & Marketing: As our client
takes the new SaaS offering to market, Quantix will support the
sales and marketing efforts through joint meetings, MDF schemes,
technical support and demos.
Step 5 - Support & Education: Our
Managed Services and Education teams will help our clients and
their customers maximise the investment in the SaaS
deployment.
