Perimeter Security Audits
This is an audit of your entire perimeter network, looking at
the integrity of the systems, searching for vulnerabilities,
checking the status of patch up-dates, software versions, third
party connections and access methods - presented back to the
business via a consultancy meeting and analysis report.
Firewall Installations
This consulting service provides the client with a dedicated
resource to configure the network and security policy, providing
core skills around; firewalling, routing, switching, remote access,
intrusion detection and prevention, filtering, virus/malicious
content control and high level monitoring/reporting
Strategic Policy Advice
This element is designed to help our clients make the right
choices, an allocated specialist will review the core IT policy,
future plans and help to tie up or confirm any areas of
concern. This service is also in place to create IT policy,
and using our experience, we put together a strategic plan to help
the client transition from where they are, to where they would like
to be.
TCO Analysis / ROI reporting
This is a thorough review on the in-house environment and IT
strategy, analysing the network and security cost, how efficient it
is, how it meets the current business needs and what would be the
recommended path to either; improve efficiency or lower costs. (or
both)
Performance Optimisation Advice
This is a process whereby the consultants will analyse the
perimeter estate and report on performance against "X" amount of
pre-defined parameters. This will then be used to optimise
the estate accordingly either be reducing potential "bottle-necks"
or removing/altering conflicting components.
Best practice / Conformance Guidance
Understanding industry regulations and set conformance criteria
is a key strength within the consultancy team; the services
provided are based around independent advice on best of breed
technology paths, specific implementation and planning routes along
with information on how compliance can be achieved.
