SYSTEM HEALTH CHECKS

IT System Health Checks are an important service designed for businesses and organisations interested in optimising their IT performance.

Health Checks play an essential part in identifying performance issues and security vulnerabilities while reducing the possibility of mission critical system downtime and security breaches.

Our consultants review each system in turn (analysing performance, security, patching, resources etc…) and submit a comprehensive report outlining recommendations. By taking a step back from the day-to-day management gives us the opportunity to spot future trends and helps our customers to compose their strategy down at a server by server level.

The report takes into account changing business needs and plans further tasks such as patching, hardware refreshment and security hardening.

Quantix Health Checks can be run on a one off basis to analyse specific concerns or can be scheduled to run periodically (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with the results published to a secure area on our Support Portal allowing you to build a history of checks.
